On-Call Engineering
Virtru employees provide 365/24/7 on-call coverage to quickly respond to any security or infrastructure incidents. Virtru's Incident Response Plan is followed during all incidents, and customers are informed of the response to any customer impactful incident.
Virtru also keeps an Information System Contingency Plan to document the procedures necessary to recover or restore operations in the event of system failures. Contingency plans are tested at least yearly.
