Data Processing Agreements

Virtru has published data processing addendums (DPAs) to our services agreements to support our customer's compliance with privacy legislation such as the General Data Processing Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Protection Act (CCPA). These addendums set forth Virtru's obligations as a data processor with regard to how we provide our services to our customers.

If your organization needs to execute a DPA with Virtru, you can reach out to your account manager or the Virtru Support Center to coordinate. The addendums are available for review ahead of contacting Virtru below. Please note that the addendums are not in force until signed by both parties.
